Anthony Dropp

My building career started at the tender age of 16 when I took a summer job working for a restoration company in my home town of St. Cloud Minnesota.  I was drawn to the west coast after visiting California as a teen and decided to move west to attend Sonoma State University where I studied business administration.  After graduation I took a job working for one of the top custom home builders in Sonoma County CA.

In 2008 I decided to relocate to Southern CA and founded TreadLight Construction.  My company is focused on environmentally conscious projects and Creative design coupled with amazing craftsmanship. I frequently attend trade seminars to keep up to date with all the latest green building technologies; I am working towards being LEED AP certified and continually strive to better myself as a builder.  My work ethic reflects the Midwest values of my upbringing.  I am highly sought for my professionalism, creativity, honesty, enthusiasm, and experience.

Brian Peterson

Also growing up in St. Cloud, Minnesota I frequently helped my father, who owns and operates his own Pump and Well Business and also a “Handyman” business. Through these experiences I soon realized my own passion for business as well as the trades. After high school I decided to move to northern California to attend Sonoma State University. While studying for my degree I was also working for a general contractor polishing my skills as a carpenter to pay for my education. Following graduation from SSU with a degree in Business Administration and a major in Finance I accepted a job working in the Securities and Investment industry.

It wasn’t long after accepting this position that I realized my true passions were to build and own a successful business. With that goal set I moved to San Diego and joined forces with my long time friend and business partner, who founded TreadLight Construction Inc.

I look forward to applying my experience, knowledge, and professionalism towards every TreadLight endeavor.
